Some combination of Clamato juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, soy sauce, pickle juice, and whatever spices you want to add. I usually try out a recipe online for the first drink, and end up winging it on the next round. I like this juice very much, delivery was little slow and one bottle was damaged and the juice flowed out!
