They are excellent value for money and literally take no time to prepare. I always leave them slightly undercooked as I know once I add them to the wok and add my sauces they will finish off cooking. put in boilng water, then bring back to the boil, boil for two minutes, then turn the heat right down for 4 minutes.

I’m so happy with them I feel as though I could eat them forever. I re portioned these up in to vacume bags of about 6 nest as they come loose in a box that isn't sealed in any way, the bbe date had a good 8 months on them but as a dried Product now better packed I would think they will be fine longer though I would think we will get through them faster than that. Lucky boat company seems to have listened to previous customers comments.

Highly recommend :) Having bought the cook book of Chin and Choo (one of which owns a Chinese restaurant) they recommended this product and they weren't wrong. Tip☝️ cook the noodles and then run them under cold water to stop the cooking process and have them sitting ready to go hot or cold into your wok or pan.

I emptied a top shelf and put them in ziplock bags and put them in their to keep them fresh. Perfect noodles as used in Chinese takeaways, you won’t be disappointed Mine arrived in a plastic liner within the carton. Large bulk / catering size box of wholewheat noodles, of the nests I weighed they seemed to be about 110-115g per nest, we do a lot of stir fry's with noodles and this seemed good for 2.
