It all depends on the level of magnification you require, if up to 10x is all you need, or you require something for occasional use then look no further the large main lens is great. Marking scale on stand, a nice touch if using on a desk top. It's sturdy when placed to stand on a table and at the click of the side button light modes can be activated and changed; even the little magnifying glass has it's own light; although, it just has the one light mode. It needs 3 AAA batteries for the light to work which is not included in the box so was not able to test this.

If you are particular with presentation, this product shows the little cable for the lights (shown in pic) This one is great.

Unless you already have an understanding of what to magnify means prior at least. Best thing ever bought Ah yes magnification, 'The action of magnifying something or the process of being magnified'. That makes little sense right?

Read on. The tiny 30x magnifier, this although functional is a bit too fiddly to be useful and may put off the professional.

I’ve waited a while to write this review as I wanted to use it for a while to see if it helped but unfortunately for me it’s not and it’s not something I would purchase again. Good magnification and the built in lights are a bonus.
