Fairly silent even when running at full RPM and the only thing I could hear was the air moving. I did notice some very light humming in one fan when running at 1k rpm which is a known "issue" (quotes because it's not really audible unless you put your ears right up to the grill).

LEDs get very bright as well, so that and the fact that you can daisy chain both power and argb cables make them very compelling for the price point. I was looking for good quality quiet fans for a while without it costing way too much like some of the "higher end" ones. Very very quiet ! But the amount of air they push out isn't as much as airflow fans since they are designed for high static pressure to push air through radiators.
