The circles are getting bigger and bigger up to a certain radius. I can remember a few pieces of technology that have seriously improved convenience in my life but this is up there with WiFi and the iPod. I have mostly tested the G10 by mopping our bathroom, utility room and kitchen with the doors closed to stop it escaping into the lounge. Granted, it does have a small water reservoir, and a small dust box, but that’s plenty enough for one trip a night, and anyway, you wouldn’t leave your Dyson full, so same principle applies here.

If you active app, the vacuum robot returns to the station if the battery is no longer sufficient for cleaning, recharges up to 80% and then automatically starts cleaning again in the area where it left off. You do not have to adjust anything for the wiping function.

It’s not designed to replace mopping, you can’t use detergent or scrub, for example, but it certainly does reduce the frequency of proper deep cleaning and mopping. I was so excited to get it. I've got chairs with legs on, tables and side units; it reliably navigates them and covers every corner and inch before docking itself at the end of the clean. Overall im very happy with product.

Update: Eufy have been in touch and have offered to replace the item. It’s pretty basic, it doesn’t learn the room as such, but it efficiently goes round it, bumps into a table leg, then remembers it and maps it in its head, and methodically works the room. We have now given up and will be purchasing something that is reliable and remains intact. we don’t have as much from Evie, as we use her mostly for mopping floors.

Worth to buy it. Our granite floor in the bathroom looks amazing when she’s done. This includes a water tank, 2 wipes and a plastic plate that you can put under the charging station. Eufy has now replaced the defective device.
