No mess as the spoolie is quite slim, it separated and lifted my lashes and added quite a bit of volume considering I'd just chucked a little on in a rush. I would recommend it. The media could not be loaded. The wand works brilliantly for making sure your lashes aren't clumped together.

This is a nicely designed little tube. Packaged well. Great value for money. You can top up the mascara nicely, it's easy to do and it doesn't clump when adding.
