Mine shipped Jan 2022 and seems genuine. I read the earlier reviews of non-genuine Bosch products received.

Simple construction with proper Bosch markings, instructions on tag (see photo). Metal looks higher quality (with that yellow tinge that higher carbon content gives) than the dull grey, lower grade, fake stuff is made from.
Plastic tag says "made in Italy". Short, but provides 30" tip to trigger making it easy to use.
Given durability, it was oddly bubble wrapped and then boxed with padding, not sure how I feel about that. Bosch logo laser etched on stem, a lot more refined machining than the non genuine versions.
