This lovely machine is simple to use, I just push the attachment that I want to use into the front of the unit, then, on the underside is an on/off switch, once that is turned on the power can be controlled by pressing the green button on the back of the body. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis which has lead to other skeletal and nerve types of pain and restrictive movements so I do need regular massages just to keep me as mobile as possible and out of all of the machines that I have ever used this one is by far the best.
