It is quite sticky as can be expected from a heat protectant product. This arrived with the lid unscrewed a little, the product had spilled inside the bag it comes in and on the bottle itself, luckily not too much of the product was wasted. This is most likely Amazon's fault and not the brand itself. Smells amazing and makes me hair nice and soft both before and after straightening.

I use ogx products religiously! Bottle is damaged and all the liquid has leaked out of it It's good And they really helped my hair to remain healthy .
