I am also using ogx marula oil shampoo for 1st hair wash and plantur 39 for coloured hair for 2nd wash leaving on 2-3 mins (wash my hair every 2 days) and using a spray conditioner instead of cream conditioner and ive stopped colouring my hair and i use vosene original anti dandruff once weekly also because heard anti dandruff shampoos help even if no dandruff i realised i have an itchy scalp and its dry which can contribute to thinning. The photo in my review is after 4 months of taking the marine collagen. I’m already impressed.

The tablets are bit big in size to swallow but it's not a big deal. I've been taking it consistently for approximately a month and have noticed an improvement in my nail that has been constantly splitting in half for the past 30 years. .

They are easy to swallow and have no flavour at all. This product was delivered on 21/07/23 so I’ve been taking around a month, I have never had nails this long and this strong without having gel on them. I’ve been taking this marine collagen religiously now for 5 months & they have honestly perked my skin up and helped with my hair growth. Now i did incorporate folic acid in 2 weeks ago daily as I heard it can make a big difference.

I've been taking these capsules, for around three months and was about to give up,when I noticed that my nail were looking longer and stronger than ever before. After taking them for few days i thought even less on taking them. Have been using it since December last year and I was facing extensive hair loss problem due to heavy periods.

I sometimes use a tea tree tonic scalp lotion but not religiously. I dont find them hard to take but im a good tablet taker and dont even think about it. Give it a go , but be patient.
