The illustrations are stunning and traditional and each day you read one chapter of the book and on each day there’s a fun activity to do or make, like writing a letter to Father Christmas or making an Advent Calendar. To give you an idea of scale I’ve posted a photo of the book next to the Christmas stocking I bought (which matches) and a pen.

I grew up reading the lovely Beatrix Potter stories and have passed them onto my children who love them too and I’m so excited to read them this on the lead up to Christmas. This is a lovely large hardback with largish type for older children who are able to read too and one to really treasure and keep to read every year, beautiful quality and I can’t recommend this enough. It’s bigger than I expected with every page full of beautiful illustrations, stories and craft for advent. This is so beautiful, its absolutely stunning.

A simply wonderful book, perfect countdown to Christmas. A lovely book, a bit like an advent calendar, except each day you get a story!

I’ve also posted a random selection of pages as every page is delightful! Very nice. This is an absolutely beautiful, lovely traditional book and exactly what you would expect from the Peter Rabbit books. Being hardback makes it a lovely gift too.
