I can't understand the people who moan saying results don't last when you stop using it. If you stopped exercising it would be exactly the same.

Husband was better at using it regularly than me and with healthy eating and other exercises his abs really started to pop. I quite fancy trying the shorts version for the buttocks next. Easy to use, sensations feel funny at first but you soon get used to it.
