I made it a goal to use books I haven’t heard of, so I came across this book on Amazon. This book 📚 has beautiful illustrations with vivid colors.
This will definitely be a read aloud in my future classroom! I love the illustrations and the story! I fell in love with the simple, and nostalgic telling of "Hello Lighthouse"!
5yr old will share the same sentiment as I: “change is not always easy, but can bring about good. There is a feeling of sorrow when the Coast Guard installs a permanent light, a bittersweet story for sure. However, my intuitive 6 yr old Grandson absolutely loved this book and would not put it down, reading it to me over and over.
