Short easy to read 10 pages a day and use a bookmark with out damaging the pages. It shows how to achieve and how not to achieve.

I’m slightly disappointed because I thought I bought this new and it appears that it’s not—the dust cover is a little dirty and a damp paper towel is not working to clean it off. It's changed my life and now I'm helping others change theirs too!
