Also, not an easy way to contact Brita support this kind of issue so have to put in review. The water tastes great and the tank is easy to fill and to keep clean. very happy with this. BRITA are now my newest trusted brand and if i could rate it more stars i would.

For that reason, one more star given. Oh and one last thing, i'm not sure and it could be a coincidence but in general i am feeling better than i was health-wise.

It looks nice and good capacity. The tank arrived with one cartridge (i also ordered another two costing about £10, and there are options to order bigger packs of 4 and 6 and obviously the more you order the better value- i think 6 are around £24) as we have only been using ours for just over a week i have yet to see how long the filter lasts, i use mine for filling the kettle, the dogs water bowl and cooking. Now i no longer have to run to buy water at the market every time i run out, in addition to saving money on water, also no longer need to collect so many plastic bottles. The filter cartridges are readily available at a reasonable price - a 6 month supply costs about £20 on Amazon.

I was still sceptical and wondering if it was not much more than a fad directed at people with more money than sense. I can definitely say without a doubt nobody will regret buying this tank! 2 litres of filtered water as opposed to 1 or 2 litres at at time. The one they sent me seems to be damage good as there is tiny leak from the tap seal.
