Magical Moments
It changes the whole game and from having a good hand you could suddenly find yourself up Demogorgon creek in an instant. I hope you found this review & photos interesting, informative, and useful. The game is the same but with a strange twist that will flip your game into the upside down. The differences begin with what is on the cards.

Wild Eleven's Waffle Card doesn't have a waffle on it, just the standard wildcard image in the corner. The game comes with instructions, a box, and two card decks.

There is a Wild Draw Colour Card if you lay this, you get to choose the colour, the next person then has to draw cards until they get one of the colour you chose, they then miss their turn to lay down a card. Like any game, take a little time, quietly, and without distraction, to get an understanding, and away you go. You can still play the standard game’s usual variety of playing styles, but you now also get some special cards which can invoke different ‘moves’ in the game, and a ‘Underneath’ by each card having a reverse side that is randomly applied to different cards.

One word of warning, as this is recommended for 7+, younger players around that age may find the imagery of the Demogorgon a tad scary so parental discretion is advised. Call me cynical, but it can be a way of effectively getting you to buy the same product repeatedly!

Who doesn't love UNO, we often play it, it was one of the things that kept us sane during multiple Lockdowns, and it's been played on many family gatherings. Unlike some other tabletop games that often adopt franchises that just seem tacked-on, this one adds some actual purpose and nuance, so it feels more well-applied and less tokenistic.
