Just don't be afraid to push down HARD. The device does its job. Make sure you check for empty capsule size to use for your capsule maker and you will be good to go. And also it has a book with instructions how to use.

No worries, very easy to attach them by hand. The first attempt was a bit of a learning curve (I was filling them with finely ground eggshell), the grit made it difficult to press down when putting the caps on. The most annoying bit was the tops of the capsule going in upside down and then having to fish them out. It's very easy to use and value for money, I can taking my herb now with no bitterness, I love it.

Should have it down to about 5 mins next time. Easy to set up and easy to use and clean, takes about 15mins for 200 capsules.

I used it multiple times throughout the process to ensure the capsules were as full as possible. Creatine monohydrate has alway upset my insides.
