The seller was super nice too! The moving of the speakers to the bottom is a mistake, as they can be covered up, thankfully i have tiny hands (i'll come back to this in a bit) so it is not as much of a problem for me, however, if you have massive spade hand you may find yourself having to re position them just to have sound. First the good parts, It has an incredibly intuitive button layout and general ergonomics are excellent. Hopping from game to web browser for instance takes seconds.

All in all I've had a brilliant time with this system. The screen is bright and the touch screen very responsive. I'm so impressed with it! The system itself has no major faults and seems to be put together very well, despite being made of possibly worse materials.

I have currently tested out Mario Kart 7, Animal Crossing New Leaf, Zelda Ocarina of Time, Nintendogs and Cats and Ultra Moon, Pokemon Platinum and Pokemon X. Now the not so good part.

I decided, at long last, to buy myself this new model. It has worse speakers than the New 3DS XL and also has a habit of getting marks on the top screen from the buttons on the bottom (not scratches, just whatever grime was on the surface of the buttons). All of these games load up nice and quick, especially Ultra Moon (it doesn't have that stupid 'please wait' message when you close the game down anymore! The game arrived shortly after via a software update and the styles tucks neatly in the base.

The 3ds got released and I didn't really think anything of it. It's a budget version of a 3ds XL, and that was exactly what I was after.

Cheaper, lighter and with all the important capabilities of the new 3ds, it looked like a good deal. . Battery life is very good, goes easily 4-5 hours with volume on half/quarter and brightness settings on 4. Gorgeous handheld!

However you do have to close games when other larger applications are opened, unlike your modern smartphone. Will definitely consider buying from this seller again in the future.
