I am absolutely in love with the Labyrinth book ! (Plus you get to see Jim Henson’s personal notes years before the movie ! The illustrations in the back were so cool to examine and I loved seeing Jim Hensons thought process and the way he came up with obstacles for Sarah and ideas for scenes that ended up not making the cut. )

There was added details regarding Sarah's mom, Jareths reasoning for taking Toby, as well as added adventures/obsticles Sarah faces to save her baby brother. ! Overall I am pleased with the purchase and glad to add it to my collection. Even if you wont read its it’s a beautiful collection piece !

When I saw they made a book I was hesitant because, I didn't want the magic that I remember to be gone. I brought it for myself to read as I love the film and then my daughter who is 9 but an advanced reader wants to read it too

In the back are some drawings and Jim’s notes which are cool to check out. Despite growing up in the early 2000's I love 80's movies. Haven't got through it all yet, but so far it's a great read and the notes by Jim Hansen /drawings by Brian Froud are a treat. It's not very big, so don't be disappointed.

The book came later than it was supposed to and a little damaged which was a shame looking forward to reading it. Such amazing quality for the price!

All in all I would really recommend this to anyone, movie fan or not it's a great read! There's a lot more depth to him in the novelisation, and I couldn't stop giggling.
