The variation in the size of the projected halo helps in bringing about a deep breathing exercise and this is what has the biggest on how quickly you go to sleep. Goes by batteries and therefore can be Mobile and easy to use anywhere with a ceiling to focus the light on. I slept for an amazing 5 hours or so.

This has revolutionised bed time! Its easy to use and helps you control your breathing, makes your eyes want to shut and basically helps you fall asleep. It works if she is not asleep before the 20 minute mode she is soon after. Easy set up manual /instructions to follow.

Comes in small custom made box to ensure tight fit and safe delivery against any bangs or damage in transit. My 9 year old daughter used to take 2 hours to go to sleep.

So I am sure you can imagine that in the evenings when there is Les background noise the electronic hum that is my tinnitus drives me crazy! I was a sceptic about this when I bought it, but am delighted I was wrong. I decided I finally had to sort out some kind of routine and give 'sleep hygiene a go'. Dodow is for people looking for long term lasting solutions and I could not recommend this device enough- it is a life changer!
