Would have been great if packaging was sustainable and less on plastic material. ! The media could not be loaded. What's more, the detergent box was taped back together!

We tried to get a refund but were asked to return the item - obviously that is near impossible the state the box is in, so we've been stuck with the damaged product. When ordering this product, be careful not to buy from Slamtech Online however - we unfortunately bought from them this last time and both the outside box and the detergent box were heavily damaged, causing the detergent to spill everywhere. We have been using this laundry detergent for a year now, and are very pleased with it, though it is a tad too sudsy (causing the washing machine to pause to let the suds go down).

Other than that it works fantastic; we use it for cloth nappies and all, so it really gets bad stains out. So the seller knew the box was damaged when it was sent to us. Beware!
