The bottle was never dropped, so I'm not sure what's up but I'm very disappointed. So I’ve never purchased Redkin Allsoft before, so I can’t speak to this formula’s authenticity, however I can say it has made my hair gorgeous! Unfortunately, the bottle broke open. A good 10 years.

I love the smell of this stuff & it makes my hair soooo soft! I have really thin hair and it got so long and shiny. I still experience the same amount of split-ends and breakage as before. No damage ever try it you will be glad you did

The treatments dry out my hair so I'm always looking to try new products to help with my hair health in between. My hair now is soft an not damaged I also use the all so soft condition.

I will finish the bottle but I probably won't purchase again. I will admit, The first week my scalp did get quite a few pimples along the hair line, but I have very sensitive skin so any changes to my routine usually causes breakouts. It really lives up to its name and makes my hair softer.
