Now the tricky bit. Apart from that it's fine, less air does make it more unstable, which is what it want as it works muscles harder, but being under inflated doesn't help and pumping it up with a £1 beach pump is not fitting for the quality of the actual item. Good luck as yes it blows up fine, although the pump is as cheap as chips! .

Received it today so training wise I think it will be good, it feels durable enough. But when you take out the pump the air escapes so it goes down quickly again. Fortunately someone held the stem down whilst I filled the bag, I put 15kg in it to start. So as can be seen from real photos the bag can't inflate as per the models pics.

🤔Happy training 👍 So the inlet is small and you need to either press the central plastic stem down or use the plastic screw in adapter.
