I also bought this Braun for shaving the beard and it is very good, but I am more than happy that I tried to get a haircut and it works very well, in addition the battery is very strong, you keep a haircut and shave and you are not afraid that you will not be able to finish the haircut, he will advise you with confidence that it is very good not only for shaving but also for the haircut ! The big draws for us are the fact that it's rechargeable (the hair clipper we have at the moment is mains only, and weighs a ton) and it can be run under the tap to clean it. This may be because he’s uses quite a close cut and may not be a problem with longer beards.

This is a difficult one to review because of all the negative reviews. I can only report on my own experiences over a short period of time.

NO CASE. Get the case sorted out and it'll be perfect. Luckily, I already have very short hair so it's perfect for me, but please bear it in mind if you're as daft as I am.

I had a beard trimmer myself at one point, and my choices with that one were "long" or "down to the bone". The included wet shave is from Gillette and works very well. I got this with the intention of using it to cut hair, but it's primarily for beard trimming and the hair cutting element is very much secondary.

He says he’s found is skin is drier since using it. Although they include a holder for several blades, only one is actually supplied.
