Sort of a bonus, and it may save a lot of consumers some headache and googling. Pictures show residue left from throwing bacon on the dry pan, having only seasoned it 2 times. And, of course, once you scrub it out with hot water (even without soap), there goes your seasoning.

25”. We bought a small, medium and large pan and I wish I'd discovered them years ago. Maybe that’s not a selling point to the average consumer, but it may be relevant if you’re cooking dinner during the zombie apocalypse outbreak. They get warm but I've not found them too hot to handle.

This is my second CS pan and I don't want to even pretend to know what I am doing when it comes to seasoning, I followed the advice from Cook Culture on this one and seasoned in the oven at 410 with grapeseed oil , no need to go above smoke point, and apparently there may be some science and advantages to this. I seriously love this pan.
