If you are planning on reading this book, get yourself a note pad or sticky tabs because there are a lot of helpful tips and things to learn. I’ve used some of the templates to discuss certain things with my boyfriend and we’ve ended up having great conversations (and sex! to giving you all the advice you need for addressing those touchy subjects in the bedroom you may feel you're too inexperienced to talk to your partner about. The Big O is a battle cry for helping you find your voice.

Oloni really poured everything into this book, its a thorough and endearing guide to navigating anything from simple relationship problems. Oloni is best known for being a sex and relationship guru of Twitter . She discusses the need for women to be able to enjoy sex just as much as men and offers some very helpful tips. I loved that Oloni did extensive research into sex and relationship, consent, virginity, sexual health and range of other important topics.

Highly recommend to anyone who wanna get in tune with their own body or any partners they have now or in future men too should read! The Big O prepares you with whatever you feel you're missing utilizing her life's lessons, credible sources, expert advice, pictures, and relationship dilemmas from other people like your friends that give a wide range of examples you might really relate to - its a genuinely informative, intriguing, and a fun ride throughout the whole book and I cant recommend it enough, even guys can benefit from knowing some of this stuff! ) afterwards.

. I did feel the book was longer than it needed to be. However, this is a book that everyone can benefit from in order to get to know themselves better and to have “the best sex of your lives” (in the words of Oloni).

When I say she's thorough - I mean she went in depth helping me find value in every intimate relationship you can think of, reexamining the one with my partner, societal norms, as well as how I view myself in ways previously I had never questioned. The media could not be loaded.

I loved that she was very open in this book about her own sexual experiences. Some of the dilemmas and views will definitely have men questioning women 😅Not only was this book entertaining it was also very educational. She includes some of the dilemmas in this book and let me tell you they are juicy!
