Absolutely thumbs up for contacting me yourself and for the fair offer. We bought this trolley for forthcoming days on the beach etc, to carry chairs, tables, bbq, picnic etc etc from car to location. I don’t have the issue where the bottom bar next the wheels have to be pressed down to open and close like some people have said, so this is probably a design or assembly fault of some.

They won't last forever, but if they do, simply replace them with a screw. I’ve always wondered why didn’t I buy this earlier! I seem to have an upgraded version as the extension pole below the handle is now a single piece metal as opposed to two separate metal that you can see from the product images.

I understand it may not move easily on really dry sand, but this probably applies to most beach trolleys anyway. Very easy to open and close and I really like the front wheels that turns together.

Light-footed looks different then. If it’s a heavy load, might be best to have someone behind helping to push up any ramp to avoid any strain on the handlebar.

On the second brake wheel, I was able to see how it should be properly installed. The material is strong looking as us the framework. This will certainly do the trick it look so strong I reckon I could get into It myself.

Every time I carry tons of stuff and most times I have to go back to my car to collect more things. Item 3: I was unable to apply the brake on one of the wheels with the brake because the U discs were forgotten and therefore the brake bolt was too close to the wheel body and could not reach into the brake gears to lock the wheel. First, the positive. Wide wheels, so hopefully better on sand compared to thin wheels.
