You need to make sure is that you have wall space either side of the door as the outter grips are wider than the door frame. Adults can exercise also but only two positions for hands and it's to wide or to close. I actually use it more often than expected. I am 1.

I even had the pull-up bar with me on vacation, as I can easily fold it up. Had this for about 3 months now and it's really good. In my opinion, THE best pull-up bar (for the door frame) I've ever had. But the dimensions are given in the advert, so it's easy enough to check.

I definitely recommend it I will attach some pictures to see For example, you can hook a rubber rope into the eyelet for stretching, etc. The rod doesn't slide, it doesn't rattle, it doesn't wobble.

I've already tested a few door frames, as I've already brought the rod with me on vacation a few times, as it's super easy to fold up. Great product I can do 9 pull ups in a row n a few weeks ago I could barely do 1 haha . Very good product and fast delivery.

At least not on the door frames I've tested. Delivered assembled Great quality. Actually, the headline says it all, but for those who would like to be more specific: I've already had various pull-up bars for the door frame and none have impressed me as much as this one so far. He like it and that's most important.

Only thing to be mindful of, is that you have space either side of the door frame to accommodate the full bar width. Quick setup (about 5 mins) and can hold my weight (about 80kg) easily. Not very comfortable to do middle.
