Been using it a month and all good so far. I've had no issues with a "plastic" taste.

Love it, thought it might be light and plastic looking but it has a good moderate weight. The kettle swivels on its base making it suitable for right or left handed users. Its very quiet, boils fast, easy to clean and it's beautiful on the eyes! Trust me this is a keeper and with 3yrs warranty why are you looking elsewhere?

Quick boil and to me it isn't noisy - another dread reading general kettle reviews. Happy with it.

Not too noisy on use but then it is new. It's black, so I will have to make sure that I wipe it down regularly so that hard water marks don't stain it. I spent weeks reading reviews and comparing and I'm so happy u bought this. And live in a hard water area.
