Typically in opening the earphones came to life and I heard it say "pairing". There's no trouble shooting guide and amusingly there is a card encouraging you to leave an honest review and to get in touch with any problems. So I tried to pair anyway to my phone and they don't appear in the list of Bluetooth devices, they're clearly not on. If this happens to you, just leave them for a while and try again.

They don't come with any charge so I charged them up in the carry case provided and waited for the 4 lights. I don't know what happened because for 30minutes I was trying to get them to work and nothing, yet they were fully charged. I tried double tapping (as though not paired) and it does nothing.

I checked everywhere on the earpiece and nothing is flashing or lit, yet everytime I put them back in the case it says they're fully charged. There are no lights and there is definitely no "paired" sound coming from any of the pieces.

Yet there is no email address or a way to contact them on the card. I contacted the customer service and they asked for some details including pictures of the earphones in the case.
