I haven’t used it for nursing yet as I am still pregnant, but my nipples are extremely cracked so I wanted to try these! Would recommend. I find that putting them in the fridge is nice and soothing and they stop the chaffing against your bra .

Sooner or later 😒 "but in the meantime I suffered until then I didn't need it anymore. These are an absolute god send to any mother suffering from sore nipples whilst breastfeeding! My nipples get so cracked, sore, and painful and in between feedings I’ll just pop these on and they help heal so much.
