I have had this product for just under 6 months and the wheel came off. (This model doesn’t have wifi, however. They provided a pre paid label to send it back.

The pedals are wide and have a velcro strap to keep your foot in place, I wear slippers to use mine as the pedals have ridges on them and bare feet would be uncomfortable. Definitely get those. Tried simple machine, ugh, nothing like this.

I love it since I sit T computer a long time. I also have long legs so the extra bit of distance from the cubii is helpful for me.

If you want a light low impact cardio exercise while working at a desk for hours on end, this unit does the job. I was a little sceptical but the elliptical pedals are very easy to use and do not aggravate the injury. A bit heavy to move around for a 75 year old but manageable.
