I had a hard time finding the right size pipe and ended up just taking my good ole dremel and grinding the heck out of the 'driver wheel' (? I did have to create new parts to make them work with my 30 mm inside diameter Bali shades. Direct replacement of the chain mechanism that came with the blinds. The media could not be loaded.

Only issue with the units is that they do operate at slightly different speeds. If you have access to a 3D printer, the designs are linked in the answers to questions. Other than the wiring the 12volt power to the motor, these were very easy to install.
