it's alot different then just simple walking. Size wise, it's just perfect! I put it together easily in about 30 mins.

That was stopping to get a drink and not rushing :) Using it, is easy but boy. Depending on where you put your feet on the pads (all the way forward or back towards the end) can determine how hard you have to push on them so you can get a better workout. I do about 5-6 miles a day, and with this added into my work out will really help alot! Lightweight so I can move around.
