The hardest part about this cutter was getting it out of the blister pack, and that wasn't too difficult. " So, due to user error, my circles came out larger than I wanted. But it cuts great! So it takes some effort but am reasonably happy with my circle cutter

I have 2 8 lb hand held dumbells that I put one side on each side of the template to hold in place. And, there are only whole numbers.

I needed very specific 2 inch circles and they come out 2 1/2. Cut a perfect circle every time with a little effort. Downside is that it is not heavy enough to stay put. I am happy I added this to my arsenal of cutting tools.

UPDATE: fine print right on the ruler says "Circle sizes include 1/4 inch seam allowance. I also cut 80/20 quilt batting and it worked great. Love the overall concept of this cutter.
