About this deal
Make sure to bring a sturdy rope and find soft grass or a sand pit to play it on. It has always been sung and played as a particular dance/game whereby children walk in pairs underneath a bridge made by the arms of two other children. The book was prepared by a primary music specialist who was the author of Christmas Tinder Box. Designed for National Curriculum Key Stage 1 it provides an opportunity for children to respond imaginatively to the many opportunities for making up new verses. The warmer, dryer seasons are preferable to teach this one, unless you're happy with mud-covered children traipsing into the classroom afterward playing it! Each of our records is first meticulously cleaned, then not just inspected once, but twice, before a sample is play-tested to make sure it sounds as good as it looks.

Jojomaman
'Suitable for non-music readers and non-specialists this is a collection of 37 all-time favourite songs for young children with new words. The songs in this collection are all simple, set to traditional tunes such as "This old Man" and "The animals went in two by two". A fun way to teach songs and music using your own lyrics but keeping the tune.

It combines musical instruments, fine motor skills with the accompanying hand actions to these songs and encourages vocal and instrumental performances. These are really helpful, especially to newly qualified practitioners who may need their own confidence encouraging.
