Great recipes, beautifully illustrated- as well as the ability to download videos to see the cooking technique with a QR Code library. There is a recipe for everyone, beginner to advanced chef. There isn’t a single recipe that I won’t try making. Nick does a great job of starting with basics, from essential equipment, ingredients and even a few basic techniques.
