Firstly, the keys feel fantastic; they have a wonderful typing action and are not exceedingly loud (I have the brown switch version). And I like it that way. I haven't had issues with bluetooth connection. The keyboard came with soft styrofoam protector, so I'm actually just using that as a cheap wrist pad.
