Don’t think I could go back to drinking tap water or bought bottled water again this tastes so much nicer. I've only had the bottle a week and I can see stress marks in the plastic where the charcoal sits. Cheap materials aside, the bottle is easy to open and close, is water tight, and is easy to drink from.

It doesn't feel the most robust in the world, and as some of the other reviews mention, feels like it may break at some point in the future. The charcoal is installed by dropping the stick into the bottle, squeezing the sides of the bottle to deform it slightly allowing charcoal stock to fall into a groove, and then allowing the bottle to return to its original shape, this holding the stick in place.

Loved this item but after 2 months the bottom split at the base under the charcoal stick and now it is not usable. Absolutely love it.

Pretty much gets rid of the chlorine taste and smell of our tap water. Other people have had this problem, obviously the plastic of the bottle is not strong enough. The longer the water stays in the bottle with the charcoal the better it tastes….

So much so I bought my daughter one too. For the price I would definitely recommend and hope that it doesn't fall to pieces too soon

. Similarly, whilst the cork stopped is a nice touch, it probably won't last an awfully long time. I purchased this bottle as I liked the idea of some sort of filtering being applied to the water I drink on a daily basis from my bottle. Water tastes amazing and not full of chemicals.
