Distilled with natural ingredients only, Bols Cacao White liqueur has a slightly milder palate than its brown cacao sibling, making it a good subtle base for a varied range of cocktails to create at home. This Gabriel Boudier Cacao White is produced using Ivorian Cacao Beans which are roasted and infused into the alcohol. Given the growing popularity of the "white wine-cassis" aperitif, Edmond Briottet little by little stopped operating as a wine trader and instead switched over gradually to producing Crème de Cassis.

Bought it to mix with Creme De Menthe to make a cocktail called the grasshopper. The grasshopper turned out really creamy and gorgeous =) Perfection!

But you could drink it alone because of how nice it is. If you love the taste of anything chocolaty, it's worth giving this a try.

Bloody divine it is. An iconic classic for crafting many cocktails; including my delicious 1920s Grasshopper! Simply measure 60mls each of creme de cacao, creme de menthe and cream, shake over ice, strain and serve!
