Received the power bank had about 50% charge took about 3 hours to charge to 100%. I have been using the replacement device for 2 weeks. It is small but still lasts long.

It also has a small pop-out lip to hold your phone. The device is well put together and doesn’t look or feel cheaply made. For anyone sceptical the process was I had to purchase from Amazon and they refunded me so this is a retail model you would be buying.
