We these really come into their own is with the phone app play, good multiplayer features, game play, and gradual power ups and upgrades as you play more games. They are quite load, so we have stuck some tape over the speaker grill to muffle the sound a bit.

We bought a two-pack and had so much fun playing that we decided to get another pack so the whole family could play. TIP 3, stay will all guns being the same, dont bother with the larger rifle type blaster, its large, will always be better for that player and its loud, unless or course all players have one to make it fair. Enjoy.

You need to buy the 8X AA batteries for it. Once any phones are set up once, your done, you can rename phones, and adjust various things via the app, plus see the powerups and upgrades that will become available oer time, there is no paying for these :@)The phones need to have enough charge too. To summariseTwin pack is good value for money, you need batteries, out of the box play is pefectly fine and funapp play is good, could be hassle for just two players , but will keep a group of plays entertained for much longer for sure. The sinle player app play is in truth pants, you need the optional mount which is not included in the twin pack, but is in the single pack and rifle.

but lacks some features we have seen, lack of LCD screen, so lacks some info, remaining lives, remaining ammo etc. The single player app play that needs the optional bracket is really quite pantsThe larger blaster will just cause arguments as unfair, unless everyone has one, the guns are better.

Had ours a few days now , older kids using these aged 13+ to 15+. Not a problem immediately because they can be enjoyed without but we will be seeking a replacement so that he can enjoy the game to its fullest.

I can’t wait for Christmas and the anti cheat feature doesnt seem to work (prevents to gun from firing if you cover your hit sensor).

Actually at the first go ,it took me nearlt 4 minutes to get the fiddly wrist strap on , TIP. This is a great idea but for only one thing I would not want by boys running around with their smartphones strapped to their arms. So maybe quite some preperation time for say 3 or more players all diving about with smartphones strapped to their wrist, probably better to take turns with one wearer who can be the game creator in turn. Son loves this toy however one of the armbands for a mobile phone was damaged upon opening on Christmas morning.
