The bluetooth has a good range but of you need a really wide range I recommend to buy the latest version. No complaints, audio and call quality are great and nice thing is Poly is what my work uses as a brand so my work laptop already has the software ready to download as our IT locks down our computers quite tight. Sound quality for both me and customers is very good. Easy to set up with Ring Central.

Finally decided to get a professional business headset vs wired gaming headset which I had to been temp using. Very happy I finally bought this. Range inside my house is about 25 feet. Battery lasts all day.
