It took about 10 mins to assemble. I can't compare to more expensive chairs or cheaper however I could guess at the differences. This chair is perfect all round! I liked the look of it and thought why not.

It has actually softened with time though and is now perfect. Sure you could spend three time the price on brands such as Secret Lab, and yes you'll get the man hood waving bragging rights, and the quality and materials probably would be better but again.
