So if her stomach and intestines had no issues while suffering the digestion problems tell you how kind these iron supplements are as well as being effective when she was feeling weak, especially so during her period. I have this 25mg Active Iron Advance in the box with 30 capsules. Capsules should last me for a month as the recommended dose is one capsule daily. This is absolutely a brilliant iron supplement.

Capsules are easy to swallow with water or juice. I'm taking iron supplements as I have iron deficiency plus I want to strengthen my immune system. When my partner had indigestion issues due to Helicobacter pylori because of bacterial imbalance caused by too many antibiotic prescriptions, she needed the immune and energy boost as she was feeling lethargic. These pills did end up helping, but she needed antibiotics for Helicobacter pylori and later probiotic pills as well as lots of prebiotic foods.

This box of Active Iron Advance contains 25mg and when one capsule a day is taken it’s clinically proven to increase iron and support haemoglobin formation. Well packed with nice leaflet and all the informations needed. We haven't tried other iron supplements, therefore, we don't know how much of a problem the constipation is, we only know that these pills do not cause any adverse effects. As I have a hiatus hernia and suffer from acid reflux I must be careful of what supplements I take and I’m glad to see that this box of Active Iron Advance is kind, strong and gentle on the stomach by reducing gut irritation from the iron content.

I'm taking this iron for about 2 weeks now, I did not notice any significant improvement yet apart from being a bit less tired, so I hope that they are starting to work and that soon I will observe more positive changes. They’re somewhat more expensive than a lot of other brands but they’re worth it as they improve my health and don’t cause any constipation problems. As I regular take an iron supplement I’m always looking for a brand that offers more than the one I’m on at present.

The tablet is easy to swallow and you can tell that you are using an excellent multivitamin. Overall, we do like these iron supplements as they were effective, but they are quite pricey, however, when it comes to health we never cheap out.

So we would recommend them wholeheartedly. I haven't noticed any side effects.
