The problem with keyboard tray not tilting down I solved with a small washer between the pivot and mounting plate for the tray. . It is solidly built and very versatile.

I needed something for my keyboard to easily be brought out from below the countertop and go back under when not in use. You'll need a 13mm socket to tighten these.

I installed this 2 days ago and i can't stop marvelling at how well it works. This thing installed in less than an hour and works better than I expected. The pressure in the arm can be adjusted to release slower or faster as desired and can move +/- 150mm apr. Watch when you lift the keyboard off the tray!
My walls (brick) aren't the best but the fixings supplied are massive (2x 80mm, M8) . Wow, what a piece of engineering! I mounted the base against the side of the cabinet with 4 1-1/4" 10/24 machine screws and used a lock washer, washer, and nut on the inside of the cabinet. I bought for home use but this is seriously professional kit.
I did slight damage to the metal mount but there are facings supplied to cover the screws. Totally worth the money. Just ensure the screws are level and everything should be good. The arm completes my system.
It does seem to be quite expensive (£195 at this time) but i would not hesitate in recommending this item. I was worried about the weight of the arm and the wall fixings.
The keyboard tray can be tilted to prevent RSI also. I used a drill fitting but there wasn't enough torque so i ended up twisting the drill round.
