One ear piece is in a much shorter "leash" than the other and there isn't a way to adjust it. It works for Cricket Wireless and is easy to set up. I got this for myself for a gift FOR MYSELF, lol, as my 14th birthday is coming up and I was skeptical about it at first.

This never happened with my S7. Comes with the ejector pin, clear jelly case THAT IS HIDDEN IN THE BOX, THE TOP BOX, the manual chi chi, Samsung earphones, the type C cable, the charger, and the phone itself.
