This is a very quiet running treadmill and in comparison to our previous machine, it’s almost silent and with the inclusion of an extra-large absorption pad located under the running track, it’s a very comfortable walk/run regardless of the duration. You can connect up your phone pretty easily to play music.

Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any way to directly control the on/off or volume of your musical output when using this medium and pulling the flash drive out of the port seems to be the only way of stopping it, unless of course, your flash drive has the capability for this level of control on board. If none of these speed settings are to your satisfaction and comfort, then by pressing the plus and minus switches on the right hand side grip, you can fine tune the speed by tenths of a kilometre in either direction. On both handle grips you will see some metal contacts and by holding these, you will see your present heart/pulse rate rise or fall as you exercise. These speakers produce excellent audio reproduction considering this is a treadmill.

The default start speed for the treadmill is 1 kph. Because of this pad, I’ve been able to use the treadmill with lighter shoes than I previously did making my work out a more comfortable session.

And surely can recommend it to all. If you are planning to set this up in some part of your house or a shed/outer building, you may want to plan about how you are going to move it. I've had it for a week, so far everything is going well and I'm happy with the purchase. Now, I am pretty weak, but the treadmill is very heavy.

Its stable, dont shake while running. Controlling the speed of your workout is made super easy simply by interacting with the large console where you will find four quick access speed buttons for 3, 6, 9 and 12 kilometres per hour. The default inclination for the treadmill is 0 degrees.

The treadmill itself is great. Once the running belt has been lifted into its folded position the dimensions are as follows, length is 104 cm, the width is the same at 76 cm and the height is now 130 cm. All of the above alterations to your training regime are achievable instantly at the touch of a button making this treadmill diverse in its functionality. The first of these is a USB_A port on the left hand side of the console, where you can insert a flash drive/player with music or audio of some description and the content will be automatically played through the Bluefin’s integrated speakers.

It has some presets so you can easily navigate to certain speeds. It warns “Before starting the treadmill, please remove the two screws and the small red plate from the side of the running surface”, this is very easy to overlook but essential to complete. The Bluefin is also compatible with the Kinomap App which is readily available through your smartphone and will give you a more interactive experience and allow a more in depth training program.
