love this tinamazing quality and heavy. OMG. It is wonderfully sturdy and my blueberry/raspberry friands with lemon came out perfectly the first time.

Heavy, quality friand tin. For anyone making friands for the first time, the mix is rather strange, more a batter than a traditional cake mix, but keep going as it makes 12 deliciously light cakes. My friands turned out perfect! I'm looking forward to making many more batches of these special French cakes; off I go to find more recipes!

Each one is a generous size and a mini one is also available if you want smaller cakes. Non stick works well. I would recommend Masterclass mould/trays as long as you can manage their weight.

Masterclass friand trays immediately look and feel well made and professional. Don't hesitate to buy this pan! They are heavy trays so if this is an issue I would recommend using the silicone mould versions. This pan is an investment but worth the money because it will probably last you a lifetime and maybe that of your children!
