Slowly move the brush back and forth a few times to remove plaque and food particles.
Remove the brush cap and hold the Tepe Interdental Brush like you would a pen.
Don't forcibly push; if it doesn't fit, try another size.
After use, replace the brush cap for hygienic storage.
Gently insert the brush into the gap between two teeth.
Rinse the brush under running water after each use.

Its a shame it wasn't in a smaller parcel, as waste A4 parcel size foe a small product The media could not be loaded. They are convenient to have - better than floss. Hygienic and clean as individually capped.

Buy this "set" to find out which brush/brushes suit your teeth best, it may seem pointless, but it is cheaper than "buying one at random" to find it is too small or too big and having to buy another set. Also your parter can try too, so you only need buy one set of these. Great to be able to chuck in a handbag too another point i would say is to get the smaller size than what you wanted and work your way up the sizes as i struggled to get the brushes in between some of my teeth.

been using these brushes for a couple of years now. it's massively more durable than the one size smaller brush. great interdental brush.
